Terms and Conditions	By signing up as an affiliate or referrer , I hereby acknowledge that I have read and agree to all of the following terms and conditions of the AJ Classifieds Affiliate and Referral Programs (. The AJ Classifieds Affiliate and Referral Programs encompass all AJ Classifieds products and services, including but not limited to products and services sold by AJ Classifieds, . 1. Affiliate agrees to use only the authorized logos and links provided to Affiliate by AJ Classifieds and to use such logos in a non-disparaging manner that is consistent with the purposes of referring customers to AJ Classifieds in exchange for a share of the revenues generated by sales of such AJ Classifieds products or services. 2. AJ Classifieds shall pay Affiliate commissions for sales generated by customers who were sent to AJ Classifieds's web sites after clicking through the affiliate links on Affiliate's web site or e-mails. These commissions shall be in the amount as per AJ Classifieds Affiliate Slab. 3. Affiliate agrees that no commissions shall be valid and payable until at least 60 days have passed since the date that the commission was generated as a result of a sale received by AJ Classifieds, or if the end customer cancels his or her account prior to the expiration of this 60 day period, or if AJ Classifieds is unable to collect payment for the original sale that generated the commission because of a bad credit card, bad check, or for any other reason. Prior to the end of this 60 day period, the commission shall be considered to be "pending". After this 60 day period, and prior to the date that AJ Classifieds pays Affiliate for this commission, the commission shall be considered to be "completed". Once AJ Classifieds has paid Affiliate for this commission, the commission shall have a status of "paid". 4. Affiliate agrees that no commissions shall be paid until at least $100 in new and payable ("completed") commissions have been generated since either Affiliate's signup as a member of this program or the date of the last commission payment. 5. AJ Classifieds shall pay affiliates quarterly by mailing a check in the amount of the sum of all commissions that are due and payable under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions to the mailing address that the affiliate has listed on his or her affiliate account with AJ Classifieds. AJ Classifieds shall pay referrers through E-Gold. 6. Affiliate understands and agrees that this program is intended to reward affiliates who refer outside customers to AJ Classifieds, and is not intended to be used for Affiliate's own purchases of AJ Classifieds products and services. Affiliate agrees that AJ Classifieds shall be the final arbiter of any disputes regarding the eligibility of a particular sale for an affiliate commission. 7. Affiliate agrees that the above terms and conditions may be modified at any time by AJ Classifieds. AJ Classifieds agrees that, in the event of any modification of these terms and conditions, it will make reasonable attempts to inform affiliates of these changes by updating this page and other applicable pages on its web sites. 8. Affiliate agrees that in the event of any disputes over the validity of commissions earned by Affiliate, the timing or amount of any commission payments made by AJ Classifieds to Affiliate, or any other issues as governed by these Terms and Conditions or otherwise, AJ Classifieds shall be the ultimate arbiter of such disputes. AJ Classifieds reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Affiliate's membership in this program at any time if, in the sole discretion of AJ Classifieds, Affiliate has violated these terms and conditions in any way.
